1. Provider

The Zyvoo Player app and this website are operated by TODO: company name, legal form, address, registration number, VAT ID, contact e-mail.

2. What Zyvoo Player is

Zyvoo Player is a media player application for Android TV that connects to a Ministra (Stalker) portal chosen by the user or assigned by the user's provider. Zyvoo Player does not provide, host, sell or license any TV channels, films, series or other content. Access to content is solely a matter between the user and their content provider.

3. License

One license applies to one device, identified by its MAC address.
New devices receive a free trial of a limited duration, once per device.
Paid licenses run for the purchased period; a new purchase is added to the remaining time. A lifetime license does not expire.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. Prices include TODO: VAT statement.

5. Acceptable use
